
Enabling Cookies
PC Windows:
Internet Explorer 6
- Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Privacy" tab.
- The default setting is "Medium". Move the slider down to choose "Accept all cookies".
Internet Explorer 5
- Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Internet zone.
- Select a security level other than High.

- Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.
- Click on Apply.
- Click on OK.
Netscape 7.xx, Mozilla
- From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. (In Mac OS X, choose Preferences from the Netscape or Mozilla menu.)
- Select the arrow next to Privacy and Security.
- Click the Cookies category.
- Click the radio button Enable all cookies.
- Click OK. You will need to close and reopen your browser for this to take effect.
Opera 7.11
- From the File menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Privacy category.
- Check Enable Cookies.
- From the Normal Cookies drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- From the Third Part drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- Click OK.
America Online versions 4 and 5
Follow the instructions below only if you are using the browser that came with AOL. If you opened another browser outside of AOL, follow the directions for that browser as described above.
- Click on Start from your Windows 95/98 task bar.
Point at Settings.
- Click on Control Panels.
- Click on the Internet icon. The Internet Properties window will appear.
- Click on the Advanced tab from within the Internet properties window.
- Scroll down until you see the Cookies icon.
- Click Always accept cookies.
- Click on Apply.
- Click on OK.
America Online version 5 (alternate instructions)
- In the AOL top menu bar, click on My AOL.
- Select Preferences from the drop down menu.
- In the Preferences window, click on WWW.
- The AOL Internet Properties window will appear.
- Click on the Security tab Click on the Internet zone, then click on the Custom button on the bottom of the window.
- The Security Settings window will appear.
- Scroll down until you see Cookies.
- Click Enable.
- Click on OK.
Macintosh OS:
Safari
- From the Safari Menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Security icon.
- In the Accept Cookies: selection box, chose Always or Only from sites you navigate to.
Internet Explorer 5.xx
- On the Explorer menu, click Preferences.
- Under Receiving Files, click Cookies.
- On the When receiving cookies pop-up menu, click the option you want.
